Exchanges/Returns

We offer free size exchange for 30 days since purchase as long as the item is not worn. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and we cover the shipping cost of getting your item back to you (we ship First class USPS)

For an easy and fast size exchange or return, please follow this checklist:

1. Pack your item in original packaging (jewelry box)

2. Write a note with your full name, return address and phone number, or include your sale slip.

3. Mention what you need exchanged (EXAMPLE: what size you need). If you need a return, please spell it out and include your phone number in case we need to contact you.

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase on unworn items only that are shipped with original packaging. We accept size exchanges as long as the item is unworn for 30 days.
