This unique necklace is designed by Alex Sepkus and made by hand. It features blue and purple natural sapphires, as well as white diamonds.

Please note that the base price does not include a chain. The second price option does include an 18" platinum cable link chain that is 1.5mm wide (as shown in the picture.)
